I play many pc games and I have some games that I no longer have the cd keys for. I use keys I find on the internet but when I try to play online it says I'm banned from all servers even when I know this is impossible. I admit I am ignorant about CD keys. I would like any advice and info anyonce could give on this issue so I can enjoy all my games online.

Usually, I would tell you to simply not lose the keys in the first place, and keep the box and all that, but if it's one of those cases where your key is linked to an account, then hopefully you remember the password and user name and what not. Otherwise, contact customer support.
