Raw: Big Show, Chris Jericho, John Cena, and Kane
Smackdown: Tyson Kidd, Tensai, Santino, Christian, Cody Rhodes, Sin Cara, Dolph Ziggler, and Damien Sandow.

Now, this is a very...controversial MITB to say the least.  At least...on Raw's side.  Let me start by saying that the decision to make that match with only former champions competing was the DUMBEST idea they could have EVER had.  That completely ruins the whole point of the match.  I hate it when former champions get into MITB to begin with (because, if they were already champions, they SHOULDN'T NEED THE EXTRA PUSH to get back to main event status), so this infuriated me to no end.  The only person there who should (to me anyway) win it is KANE. I say that mainly because 1) I HATE Big Show 2) Cena does NOT need another title run. And 3) Jericho is gonna be gone soon anyway.  So, yeah.

As for Smackdown, at least there's some fresh faces there.  Santino and Christian shouldn't be there, because Santino just shouldn't and, again, Christian is a former WHC anyway. The rest I'm cool with. I am especially interested by Tyson Kidd.  Is he just going to be a spot monkey or will he have a real  impact?  Plus, there's Sandow, who has shown us that he can compete.  However, with all of that, still, I'm rooting for Ziggler.  Or Rhodes.  I'll be happy either way.  Hell, most people here would make me happy.
On a side note, Zack Ryder could potentially add himself to it Friday, so there's that.
(P.S. I know Zackdown was taped already, but no spoilers)

What about the rest of you?  Thoughts? Opinions?  Predictions?

I think contrary to popular opinion, that this is actually gonna be pretty cool.

I'll start with the WWE Title MITB.

I love the combatants (sans the Big Show... he's annoying).

Cena has never been in a MITB... and he'll probably win, but I kind of want to see how he'll handle it. It's for all intents and purposes a ladder match, but these seem more intense than regular ladder matches.

Jericho is a great worker. He won't win... or maybe he will. The rule says he can challenge at any time for a year, so it may be a quick and prominent way to give him a title and surprise appearance. Aside from that, he's a joy to watch, so I'll enjoy his participation.

Kane was a little... much for me. I can't say I like the addition of Kane, but I prefer his involvement to the Big Shows. He just strikes me as the type that'll have problems working with the other guys in this match... last thing we want is more injuries, right?

As for the World Heavyweight match...

I couldn't be less interested in that. Tyson Kidd may be making waves, but I don't think he's really ready to handle a match of this level. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I'm not looking forward to watching the inevitable problems from the lack of work he has with the other guys in the match.

Tensai is brutal... but I feel like they have weakened him considerably. I'll watch out for him, but I half expect an injury angle with him, so they can repackage him.

Santino is a goof and should have no part of this match. Seriously.

Christian is entertaining. Some of his best matches were ladder matches. He's probably not going to win, but he's my favorite in this match.

Cody Rhodes will probably just screw everyone else over. He won't win, but he'll choose revenge on Christian, Santino, and just about everyone else over actually winning the match.

Sin Cara will probably get injured again. Who cares?

Dolph Ziggler is probably the winner, but he'll be worth watching.

Damien Sandow has less business with this match than Santino. I hope Zack Ryder somehow gets in the match and just keeps Sandow from winning. I haven't seen Smackdown yet, but I'm assuming he puts himself in it.... it's just the Zack Ryder thing to do.

Anyway...

Cena and Ziggler will win. Both will succeed at their cash in attempts when they challenge. Both will hold the title forever until Daniel Bryan/CM Punk/Sheamus/Alberto Del Rio win the title back.

John Cena winning the WWE Title contract is pretty much guaranteed, there's no other reason for him being there. He hasn't had the title in a year and because he's John Cena, he'll get it (not hating on him, just stating a fact).

I am much more interested in the World Title contract. I don't see why Tensai, Santino, and Christian are in the match, from a chances of winning perspective. Tensai is just there to be the big physical force (which is understandable), Santino...I have no explanation at all, and as much as I enjoy Christian, and he will perform great in this type of match, he also has no chance of winning. Sandow I haven't seen enough of to say anything about him, Kidd gets a surprise chance, nobody seems to care about Sin Cara anymore though he has some cool moves. It's really between Rhodes and Ziggler, with Ziggler being my pick to win.

Let's break it down.

Dark Match Pre-show

Tag Team Title Match (R-Truth and Kofi Kingston(c) vs. Hunico and Camacho)
I don't expect a title change since these titles mean less than nothing seeing that whoever holds these titles don't get TV time whatsoever. But I do expect a fairly entertaining match.

Prediction: Kofi & Truth

WWE MITB (John Cena vs. Big Show vs. Kane vs. Chris Jericho

Too little of competitors. The MITB is always 6-8 people. Apparently not this time. The idea with "Only former WWE Champs can compete" really takes everything away from the match. I don't think this will end up being the match of the night. Even with Jericho in it(thinking he'll do the best performance) I don't think it'll end well.

Prediction: Jericho (since he's leaving for another tour with Fozzy soon.)

World Title MITB (Damien Sandow vs. Christian vs. Santino Marella vs. Tyson Kidd vs. Lord Tensai vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Sin Cara)
Looks very good. Lots of young talent including Sandow, Kidd, Rhodes, and Ziggler. I expect to be very impressed for this one. Lots of high flyers + Ladder match = Very exciting. Usually.
Prediction: Cody Rhodes or Tyson Kidd

WWE Title Match (CM Punk(c) vs. Daniel Bryan w/ AJ Guest Referee)
I expect something to happen. Maybe a screwjob one way or another. It can't be a full Guest Ref match without somebody getting screwed out of the match.
Personal Prediction: CM Punk

World Heavyweight Title Match (Alberto Del Rio vs. Sheamus(c))
The match should be fast paced since both men can move fairly fast. Del Rio the fast paced submissionist and Sheamus the powerhouse. Should be pretty good. Most likely PPV opener because the WH Title has that act now, sadly.
Prediction: Del Rio

Expect to see a random Diva's match and Ryback squash(probably handicap with Hawkins and Reks)

Overall I will tune in to the PPV. Hopefully it won't disappoint.
