I remember when I used to Play Super Mario Galaxy 2 for like, 5 hours a day!

Then like, a month later, I beat the entire game. ( I was an addict)

I still played it after that happened, but then I got bored of it.  Such a shame, because I loved that game!

It depends on the game. For instance, I started playing the Mass Effect series this past June, and have played them back to back to back since then and am on my third play through right now. I picked up WWE 13 a little while back, played it for under a week, and I haven't touched it since. It's already boring to me.

Some games just feel so repetitive that I get bored with them rather quickly. Then there are games that I just love everything about and never get tired of.

Yea I have got bored of plenty of games. Ill get hooked on a game and play it to much for to long and just get bored with it, but if I don't play it for a few weeks the game wont seem so boring. The only game iv never got bored with is Sonic the Hedgehog 2, I have played that game for 15 years and still can pop it in and play it and feel exited.

There are a lot of games where I would get bored easily.  Sometimes even 2-5 hours in and I'm already done!  Take Skyrim for example... Most of my friends that purchased this game have put more than 100+ hours!  I only put 10 hours and I stopped playing.  The game overwhelmed me, I think.   

However, there are some games where I would put so many hours in.  I have put a lot of time into Awesomenauts, Terraria, Minecraft, Jamestown, The Binding of Issac, League of Legends, Killing Floor, Plants vs. Zombies, and some other ones.

A few games I have started up have made me bored once I'm playing.

A good example of this is Magna Carta Tears of Blood for the PlayStation 2.

I love the Magna Carta series, but that game was so slow to me, the battle speed was ridiculous and it took forever for each character to finish their turn.

And then you have to wait for the enemy you are fighting to Finnish their long drawn out turn -.-

I enjoyed the game hen it came to story, but the battle system just made it boring, and I wouldn't play it as much.

Took me 5 months to beat that game because of that.

At first, I got bored of Final Fantasy V because I couldn't kill that boss before the last crystal (Bartz' world). However, I listened to the soundtrack; "Decisive Battle" convinced me to come back.

I get bored of the really long games such as  the Elder Scroll franchise.  I'll play it for about a month without playing anything else because I find it really fun but then I'll get bored of it for a while.  Maybe another one or two months, but then I'll get back to it for about another month.  It's a vicious cycle XD.  I don't normally get bored of games very often though.  Usually just the ones that are very time consuming.  I also get really bored when playing bad games or games that are not my taste.  I'm sure everyone is like that though.
