If you are referring to N64 games, there isn't a lot you can do other than try the other emulator (there are 2 with the plugin for N64) and/or try the different video plugins.

N64 games/emulators use a lot of computer resources to run. That means you need to have a good internet connection, a decent video card, and a decent processor and ram.
