Alright, so I'm sure that some of y'all have heard of the popular Unreal Engine by Epic. It powers lots of games, including the popular Gears of War series. GoW runs on Unreal Engine 3.

But now Epic is developing Unreal Engine 4, and it is just stunning what they are accomplishing with this.

Pretty damn impressive, but that looked like it was just the cgi part. I wonder if the game play graphics will be that much better than the 3rd generation of the engine, as that was already top class.

thing1 : None of the games/scenes are confirmed to be in any game, I don't think. Both videos are of the same "game", because in the middle of the second video he comes across the knight-thing from the first video, so I would only assume.
