I dont know who is legit and who isn't. When I say legit I mean someone who will actually send me the game in the condition that it states, and not any disc at all or a very scratched up disc that will not work, so if you know plz tell me.

check the users feedback, look for the negatives they have recieved (even if you have to go like 10 pages in to find them)
always try for new and sealed if you can afford it, make sure theres an actual photo of the item and not just a stock photo (box art)
never buy gameboy games off ebay, yes there are a few that are real, but alot of gameboy (doesnt matter if its DS, GBA, GBC whatever) are fakes.

and if you are still unsure, ask someones opinion on the item, even bother one of us i spose

If you purchase from people who have an ebay store they are usually most honest about the items condition and they probably clean everything they get in. I've baught used CD's before and they were better then new. Ratings are helpful and also be sure to ask the seller themselves of actual condition.
