It would be cool if every Pokémon evolved, but I don't think they should. For instance, no legendary Pokémon should evolve, ever. But like some people are saying, Ditto couldn't be anything, also Smerlge would be kind of lame, and for some of the strong Pokémon, I could see them adding baby Pokémon, such as Kangashan, but they are in most cases useless.

I think about 97% of Pokémon should evolve and I think ditto is included and it would evolve into a Pokémon that can breed with any Pokémon but can use other moves as well
and some Pokémon are good the way they are
and legendaries should have a fusion evolution.

Yes I believe that all Pokemon should evolve.

Ditto: Maybe its evolve form can earn all attacks in the game, even thou it has not so great stats.

Skarmory: Wouldn't mind a giant conder/wyven with giant metal wings. Would look pretty awesome.

Torkoal: Something like a giant Galapagos Turtle with flame. That sounds awesome.

Mawile: Tough one to make. Maybe it turns into a metal catepillar-like creature.

Sableye- A humaniod looking pokemon (similar to Ralts final evolve form) with lots of Diamonds on his body.

Pinsir- Maybe have Pinsir get down on all fours and look at a giant Hercules Beetle (or a Beetle in short).

Smerlge- Baby Pokemon would best work. Give it a smaller tail and it could work.

Kangashan-  Baby Pokemon again, but make it look like a "Teenager".

Tauros- Have it evolve into a Texas-Longhorn style Pokemon. Would look awesome.

Lapras- Have it become a Baby Pokemon.

I could go on, but I'll just summarize saying that all NON-LEGENDARIES should evolve or have a pre-evolution form. Now what we can debate is if all Pokemon should have 2 evolutions (Pidgey) or 1 evolutions (Aipon).

The stats for certain Pokémon that do not evolve yet usually match the stats of a certain stage of evolution, where a Pokémon like Skarmory is more suited to be the last evolution with possibly getting a baby breed.  On the other side, Luvdisc resembles a Pokémon that could evolve.  Certain Pokémon like Ditto don't need the improvement of evolution and are unique enough that they are appreciated for what they already do.  Legendaries' stats allow for them to have enormous power throughout their entire existence, and that's something that prevents them from needing to evolve.

I agree with you because It's not fair how some pokemon get to evolve but others don't. Some pokemon evolve into the stupidest pokemon ever but the ones that don't have evolutions are pretty epic. But I think if ditto did evolve it would turn into something like Grimer.

Not all Pokemon, because If legendary's could evolve, they'd  be even cheaper than hey already are. But some Pokemon DO deserve evolution's, for example: Kecleon, Basculin, and a number of other Pokemon that don't have evolution's should.
