Hi everybody,

...couldn't find anything in the help center or on the board... maybe you can help me...

some time ago, games I played were automatically added to "my games", to the owned games lists in my profile - or I could at least "buy" them for Viz - now, this option doesn't appear anymore. It seems like I sort of can't "own" games anymore. I can only chose "play game for xxx viz". The played games appear in the game history for some time, but not in the owned-games-lists. This is too bad, because I can't add new games to a permanent list, so they might soon be gone again and forgotten forever...

I am not exactly sure, but could it be because I bought some accessoires (consoles) in the item shop?
Or has the "own" feature been removed some time ago?

And now the most important question: How do I make it work again??

(btw, is there any search function on the board? also couldn't find any...)

Thank you very much for your help...

When you have the console accessories, those games are free for that system, and they will no longer appear on your game profile as "owned". The accessory can be sold back to the item shop - then the games will appear as owned again for that system.

In other words you're not "buying" the game when you own the accessory.

Yeah when I purchased the laptop accessory last year, I had the same problem.

Since this situation has been resolved, I will close this thread so as to not allow other "suggestions" that aren't needed.
