jawonnacott : I was able to find a website that had the instructions from the game all saved. You might also want to check on a walkthrough on GameFaq or a similar website. Also I would suggest using the 1964 emulator so you are able to configure the controls whichever way you like.

I tried using 1964 like you said but it still didn't work... I tried other games with 1964 and they work so I'm guessing it's the game itself. Thanks for the help though I appreciate it

This is probably the most common issue reported. There is currently nothing you can do. The ROM simply doesn't work properly and we don't know exactly where a good ROM for this game exists. Sorry
