I'm trying to play Pokémon red but it won't let me load the game after saving. I save from the game then the menu but when I load from the menu it takes me to the main screen but I can't enter out of it to start the game I saved. I use a Mac laptop as well if that means anything. Please help I really want to play!

I'm sorry for the trouble you are having. Which internet browser are you using to play the game on Vizzed?

Also in order to save properly using an emulator, you need to "Save State" This would be done by hitting the F2 key. To load your game, hit F4. In game save doesn't help if you reset the emulator, that's why you need to "Save state" what's nice about doing that is you can literally save ANYWHERE. Even right in the middle of a boss fight.

Pressing the fn key (ex. fn + F2) will make the top row of keys behave as F-keys.

If you use the F-key functions more often than the brightness, volume, etc., you can reverse this (fn+F2 for brightness) by checking the "Use F1-F12 keys for custom actions" box in the Keyboard pane in System Preferences.

While playing the game you can press F2 and at the bottom of the window of the emulator it should tell you if it was successful. In order to load the game, you need to push F4.

This may or may not be an issue because you are using a Mac, but I need to verify that you are following the correct process.
