Arceus is technically the strongest Pokémon in total stats as its total stats is 720 and in 2nd place is Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina all with total stats 680 But Obviously they are all useful for different things so you cant really say what Pokémon,out of the 7 joint in 2nd place, is the best...

In my opinion, I think it is Venesaur. He has a great combination or grass and poison, with a lot of defense. He learns great moves and is great at hunting legendary monsters also, because of the effect moves he learns.

the strongest pokemon ever is dragonite. if no pokemon had any items and any abilitys dragonite would always win. also dragonite never flinches because of its ability.
