I think ichigo because he rules and he only uses his own powers naruto relies to much on the nine-tailed fox and would probably burn out or just be overpowered by ichigo's own strenght .

I'd say Ichigo would win in this fight. Ichigo can use his shikai to feel out Narutos power then he can decide if he needs to use his Bankai and as a last resort he has his hollowfication technique as well Not to mention when Ichigo is in bankai mode he moves alot faster too

Lelouch,remember that Naruto no longer relies on the Kyuubi(Nine-Tailed Fox)because he can go into sage mode which gives him the power of about 4 tails but he can't maintain it for long.

You do have a point...if the Kyuubi got control of Naruto and unleashed 1/more tails it would be deadly. Maybe if that did happen, the Kyuubi could make Naruto go sage then Naruto would be in kyuubi AND sage mode. If that was the case,as much as i hate to say it(because he's awesome), Ichigo would be royally screwed. Imagine it: A powerful mouth blast(like what Naruto did to Orochimaru) with both Kyuubi and natural chakra. It would be about 3X stronger than just Kyuubi chakra blast. Thanks for reminding us about the Kyuubi, Cresent.

Both characters are insanely strong. But as for a fight between them... I'm going to have to go with Ichigo winning. They both have decently similar fighting styles. I can't explain how, since it would sound stupid, but it's true. But Ichigo does have an advantage. Think about it. In Naruto there's chakra. In Bleach, there's reiatsu. But it order to be able to SEE Ichigo, you need reiatsu. Which means Naruto wouldn't even be able to see Ichigo's Shinigami form. And even for a ninja, a super-fast, invisible enemy is hard to fight. He could just use shadow clones, but Ichigo could easily eliminate those with a Getsuga Tenshou. If Naruto went into Kyuubi or Sage mode, Ichigo would be able to feel the sudden increase of power.
