I understand that there is a sizing rule, or whatever, that limits how big certain pictures can be....(like nothing over 250 or something like that). Anyway, my main question is why is it that whenever I get anything around 200 (pixels, I believe) uploaded, that it doesn't allow me to make a layout because it's too big. Is there a way to resize the pic before/ after you upload it to vizzed?

It's not the height or width that gets you, it's the filesize. I needs to be under 200kb. I don't know if Leggy's link will lower the filesize, but I do know that JPEGmini will do it. It just needs to be under 200kb, and it can be as tall or as wide as you want. (But please note that although your image can be as large as you want, your layout cannot stretch more than 600px—a rule which I intend to start enforcing)
