Hello guys I'm new here, I've started playing quite a bit of games here, and I've noticed that every time I try to play one I haven't virtually bought yet, I get this error, here it is:

"Error: Failed to download game ROM file".

I can still play the games I've virtually bought, but no new ones. Could someone please help me out or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance. Oh and I'm a avid Google chrome user but have tried Internet explorer. Fire fox doesn't work on this pc(whole other topic).
