YourMajestyKen : thanks got a new job, you have to have 3 assessments over the year and they judge your performance on lots of indicators. There appears to be a 'communication breakdown' on both sides, I don't have a clue what they are talking about!

Well, it's common for people to be under probation at their new jobs, but if there's mis-communication and if you don't understand what they said, I think it's the best idea if you could ask them again. Ask them to clarify, or repeat, or whatever.

Otherwise, just do your job to your best ability. That way, they'll see your effort on your part and keep you as an actual worker. I'm curious, if you do want to answer this question, but which job did you get?
