At first it seemed that Naruto was going to kill all the Pains but then he ran out of Natural Chakra and is physically exhausted. Now he can't be in sage mode and there are 3 Pains left! What do you think will happen to Naruto/others and Konoha?

I think that Konoha will be fine, because it always is. Therefor someone will either suddenly get a huge power increase, or someone will come up with something to distract everyone from the problems and suddenly everything will be light and happy until the next super-powered villian/villians show up.

Thats not how it always happens. In the "Destroy Konoha"arc, the Hokage died and everything wasn't happy.

You do have a point...but it won't by happy this time. Pain destroyed nearly all of Konoha and Sasuke,the amazing idiot,wants to destroy Konoha. I think Pain will leave and soon after the rest of the Akatsuki+Sasuke will attack Konoha and start kicking the dead horse that was once Konoha.
