Even if I didn't know much about you I'm sure you were the best darn moderator that has even been layed on vizzed for ages

Stevie 764 : Well, if JigSaw wants to, then he might be an admin. Nitori can't be one and same with leggy. Leggy might be the global mod manager, but that's it. There won't be another admin unless JigSaw wants to be one

Plus, David said that Geeogree will be the last person ever to hit Admin (forget where, though, but it was awhile ago).

Juliet : yeah, part of me hates that it and part of me is relieved. I've actually enjoyed posting the last couple days since I was demoted. I come here because I want to not because I feel like I have to work hard to keep my spot.

starwars293 : I can be admin but what is the point of that? I'd rather have a roof over my head. I spent a lot of time on this site (6 years) and can't afford to do so any longer as a staff member. I'm actually getting quite sick of the internet. Sick of the ads, sick of how the whole thing works, popularity contest galore its annoying. Maybe I'll just be a park ranger or something and work with animals.

As for you geo, good luck with your life. I think you have done enough here for as old as you are. When you are an adult and have a family you have a lot to worry about, throwing vizzed to side is smart. Less stress, less things to worry about, you have a family to feed. Maybe this site has some benefit to your life as people might look up to you here and are well respected but what is left to gain out of it other then wasting valuable time?

Some websites are fortunate enough to have dedicated members like you. At the end of the day though the more popular a site becomes the more worthless a user is worth in value no matter if you are staff or not. Sad, but ultimately true. Back in the day everyone felt powerful, me and you even went on power trips. That doesn't really happen anymore, the power we once held does not exist any longer. I'm afraid things just are not worth fighting for any longer, interest is lost and value of life and time have different meanings today then yesterday.

I'm not really complaining about vizzeds success or how many users there are, I'm just pointing out that value changes when an entity gets bigger. Those who helped it get big start to feel more worthless as time goes on. They eventually discover what their value is and end up leaving because it does not exist anymore. That pretty much goes for any website or business. The bigger it gets the more useless people start to feel and become except for those who own it.

JigSaw : well said. That pretty much sums up how I feel and how things used to be. Vizzed no longer draws my attention like it used to. I'd rather stop by for fun now rather than come because I'm staff.

And, I've found now that I'm not staff I actually enjoy posting which is what I was missing the most as a staff member. I'm happier now that I don't feel obligated to be here.
