Poems have a great inspiration on my life. It always fits in with a subject( hope that did not come out the wrong way).

I like poetry but I don't often read it other than in lyrical form. Strong lyrics are a must for me to enjoy a song.

I used to write my own but I always hated everything I wrote no matter if others told me it was good, so I quit.

Sure I will share with you some of my work as soon as I get my notebook.(full of my poetry.) Sorry for earlier. I had things to do.

I love Robert Frost's Fire and Ice. I have a collection of all of his other books, condensed into one. He is a very versatile author. He does very different types of poetry, death, life, random objects. He is a very metaphorical person. Isn't he dead? If so, he will be greatly missed.

Actually, they are capable of it, Ziggy.
Only a few want to write poetry, though.
(And even fewer can actually hold a pencil.)

Poetry is a bit confusing to me.

a zombie's brain isn't capable of complex thought; they act on impulse

Here's two poems by poe that are good, but don't seem to be publici2ed much:

A DREAM

In visions of the dark night
I have dreamed of joy departed-
But a waking dream of life and light
Hath left me broken-hearted.

Pretty short in comparison to the raven, which is a personal faveorite of mine.

it is better to reign in hell than serve in heaven

I enjoy poems every now and then. I've written a few good ones, and I think I've had a few published through poetry.com... but I think they will publish anything so I don't really know how big a talking point that is. My better poems are too long for them anyway.
