Alright, so I intend to be a basketball player, you know, nothing to serious I don't even know if I want to be on the basketball team at my high school; perhaps I'll just go for a beginner league and work my way up from there.

Anyway, the real reason that I intended was to talk about the basketball training camp in a couple of weeks. I went to one last summer and the first day or two I felt sick from the intense warm-up exercises (it's not as funny  as it sounds if you would've been there). If I remember correctly, my remedy was eating extremely light (like a granola bar for breakfast). After the warm up was over, I was all good.

So my point in this thread is to ask for any good advice you guys have on helping with this stomach remedy/ basketball tips for the camp. I'm very good defensively if that helps any.

Don't eat a ton of food for breakfast before practice.  Eat something to give you energy but not a lot.  Eat food the night before so you can be ready.

Otherwise listen to the coaches, learn what they have to say, and do what they tell you.  That's the only way you get better.  Also, practice a lot on your own if you want to get good.  Doing things after practice in your driveway or at a basketball court on your own time is a good way to learn the skills.
