Powerpuff Girls (As Meninas Super Poderosas on Brazil)
Sponge Bob (Bob Esponja)
Thundercats.
Digimon, season 1 and 3, (I watched the first one until the part the Digidestined defeated Venommyotismon and returned to the Digital World, sadly I didn't watch the second yet, I hope I do someday... and the thrid season I watched completely)
Thundercats
Teen Titans (Jovens Titãs)
Foster's home for Imaginary Friends (Mansão Foster Para Amigos Imaginários)
Megaman (I loved taht show hen I was young)
Bobby's World (O mundo de Bobby)
Popeye the Sailor (O Marinheiro Popeye)

And some others tahr at this moment I can't remember.
Some of these cartoons I can watch if I want to, the ones that isn't avaible and I really wanted to watch are Megaman and Digimon.

Anaminacs,Goof troop,Dexter's Lab,Ed,Edd,Eddy,Spongebob,Tom & Jerry,Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog,House of Mouse,Fosters Home,Time Squad,Class of 3000,The Fairy odd Parents,Teen titans,Johnny Bravo,Sonic Underground,Duck Tales,and Buz Lightyear and star command show.And Lots more but that's all I can think of right now.But these are my main Favorite Shows That I used to watch when it was on TV.

Duck Tales, Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers, TMNT (original), Batman TAS, Superman TAS, Spider-Man TAS, TaleSpin, Animaniacs, Pinky & Brain, Looney Tunes, Tiny Toon Adventures, Ren & Stimpy, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, Muppet Babies, Gummy Bears... I could list loads more but I think that's enough.

Digimon, the Smurfs, Dark Water, Alf, the Pound Puppies, Bravestarr, Dungeons and Dragons, Dangermouse, Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, the New Adventures of Scooby Doo (Wilma said Jinkies!), the Ninja Turtles, Ren and Stimpy, the Care Bears (yes, I liked them, shut up.), Thundercats, GI Joe (Knowing is Half the Battle!) Best Topic Ever!!!  I actually came on here to post originally, but got lost reading some of the responses, and there are some great choices out there!!  I could go on forever about the old school cartoons I used to watch, and I am sure that I would forget a lot in the process as well!!  Here goes nothing:  Ghostbusters, G.I. Joe, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, He-Man, Ren and Stimpy, Captain Planet, X-Men, Batman, Beavis and Butthead, Celebrity Deathmatch, Looney Tunes, Muppet Babies, Hey Arnold!, Rugrats, Denver the last dinosaur, Dinosaucers...

I guess I would classify myself as a 90's kid. Hands down my favorite cartoons of all time have to be Pokemon and The Rugrats. That being said growing up I use to watch mostly Nickelodeon cartoons for example, The Angry Beavers, CatDog, Doug, KaBlam, Rocket Power, and The Wild Thornberries. Also growing up, I remember sometimes I would wake up at around 4 a.M. And these types of cartoons were on. Now a days the cartoons in my opinion don't come close to being as good as they use to be, but then again that's my opinion which anyone is entitled to disagree with.
