well, if you look at my profile here: https://www.vizzed.com/boards/profile.php?id=92806 , and then look at a newbie's profile, you will see the difference. attached are some pictures of my profile.

If you tell me what you want, I should be able to do it. As of right now, I am still learning, but have got it down enough. About the only thing that I could not change on my profile that I wanted to was the color of white'ish, purple'ish text.

~This is what you get: a background picture (you can already have one, and I can make it work, or you can give me multiple pics, and try to tell me how you want them)
~What color you want for your background on the table boxes, like where mine is currently black.
~The color of text...
~Font Type  and size.

If there is something else you want, you can ask, but no guarantee's... 

Prices start at 500 Viz for me doing a very basic design, with no extras. For every extra thing, like profile counter, or hover color, or table backround (which counts as a picture upload) is going to be a tad extra. or if you would rather experiment on your own, just ask.

For just the code, that will be 450, becuase I have to take the time to email you the code, and take a little time to make the code regular, and you just fill it in.

Not questioning your abilities.... but didn't you have a problem doing it yourself until silverthundr (and everyone) helped you do yours?

Not saying you can't do it, but I'm guessing all you'd be doing is taking your code, and copying it to their profile basically.

It wouldn't hurt to have some examples of the stuff you can do. Even if it's just a screenshot of your own layout with a few different designs.

Also, not sure if you know how to do this or not, but you should add some a:hover CSS to make it more obvious which text is a link. Right now it's really tough to tell since there doesn't seem to be any obvious theme as to what color a link is.

soxfan849 : you are right... i should add a screenshot... thanks sox. and honestly, I don't know squat about css, so this helps. I know a good bit of html though.

I really don't think you're qualified to do this. soxfan, silver, and diem had to completely fix your code just a matter of days ago. So show us some examples at least, but unless what you do is worth 500 viz, I'll probably close this.

EDIT: Also, as this is similar to a layout shop, you should have asked permission to open this before making the thread, as outlined in the New Rule.

HakumeixShay : I should be able to do that fairly quickly. Just a few questions:
1. Do you want your picture one big one, or do it want it kind of checkered like I have?
2. Do you want goals, like I have mine? I can do that, and set them up for you (your ranking if you want).
3. And what do you want your hover color to be? Hover is when you are on a click able link, and it changes colors.

tRIUNE : I can reaffirm what thing1 said. I probably should've edited my post to reflect this. Oh well.

My main concern was that he wasn't qualified enough to do this, but his work seems alright, and I asked him to change his prices. I'll let him keep this open for now.

tj4bigred : thank you so much. I had a slight problem just now with HakumeixShay's design... I C&P'ed the code exactly in a PM... the actual code itself never worked, and I figured out why: because it was trying to apply itself to the PM...


HakumeixShay: It turned it alright? I know the picture in the background has a bit of a white line... I just noticed that looking at your profile, to make sure everything was alright. Do you want that fixed? I charged you 700, because I had to pay 100 to upload a picture, I did research for stats for you, and set you up with a profile counter (starting from 0). I can refund you 75 viz, and redo your picture if you want me to. Sorry... I just realized I messed up the picture. That was my fault, not yours. And I can reset the profile counter too while I am at it, so it will be done right... instead of saying 49, when it was counting while I was working on it.

thing1 : you should paste the code into a pastebin and then PM him the link to the paste. That way he'll get a raw copy of the entire code without the HTML applying.

Markeith21 : Right now, I can get that done in about an hour... tops... depends on how distracted i get. But right now... I can do for 450 (if you already have the picture loaded on viz, take off 100) ? If I research, and do stats, and rankings myself, and add a profile counter, starting at zero, I'll do for 600.
