I'm trying to remember a character in yu yu hakusho. All i remember is he had glasses was almost as smart as fox boy, showed up only after the dark tournament and his power was controlling everything within a set parmentier and he was used for a test to the gang from the old psychic. I just want to know his name,name of his power and anything i missed about said power
