Title says it all: what kind of coffee are you having? 

I am having a brewed coffee with about a 1/4 cup of sugar ( i don't know why, but I have to have a lot), and some Hersey's Chocolate creamer.

After a few months of vacillating through different methods of sleep, I might have hit the jackpot.

I'm sleeping an hour during the day and two hours from either 3-5pm, 9-11pm, or 1-3pm. So far I have felt fairly fresh throughout the day. Next step was to end caffeine addiction, so the last time I drank coffee was little under a week ago. I've also started a more rigorous exercise routine before sleeping for better quality sleep.

I used to drink any coffee that I could get my hands on, but now I am feeling almost free. Of course, I'll probably drink it from time to time, but more out of social etiquette rather than necessity.

I don't normally drink coffee either unless I'm feeling tired and need a booster!

You know what they say "the best part of waking up..is Foldgers in your cup!" I agree completely! Foldgers has the best tasting coffee and it's the only brand I'd drink, with a few spoon fulls of sugar.

Thing1 - I wouldn't anymore as I've recently changed my eating habits (no dairy or meat) which is why I didn't include it. Back then yes I would've added milk.

I haven't tried it with Soy milk though....perhaps I will.

I didn't drink any coffee today, unfortunately. Yesterday, I went over to Shari's, a local diner, and had a pot of coffee while I filled out an application. Restaurants always have stronger coffee than I'm used to.
