i swear, i am so sick of the propaganda that we get here in australia, saying video games are bad.
now its that they put you in hospital. read about it here "The popular gaming console — likely to be found under many Christmas trees this year — is sending people to hospitals" what a load of BS! what they fail to mention is the fact that those injuries are the same ones anyone would get without proper warm-up before exercise, from out of shape ppl doing exercise their not used to, or even from a game of basketball or tennis. i couldnt find anywhere on the news site to post this so im sharing here. who wants to bet the reason i cant comment about how wrong this is is because the government and media is trying to say how evil games are. again. well technically the doctor didn't say anything wrong. It IS -possible- that it MAY lead to some diseases later in life. Well I could also get those diseases by running, or actually playing sports. I don't see why the article was neccesary in the first place really. Does sound like a smear campaign to me as well. Although if it is they need to hire new PR people.
