The program I used to try to unzip the LSD Dream Emulator wouldn't unzip it for some reason. Said something about a program missing. Also I'm worried about it being from Japan? Am I safe in assuming that means all the language will be in Japanese?

Yeah, it's from get-your-rom. The file I wanna use is also from here. It opened fine, but the emulator didn't. I'm using winzip. Is there another you recommend?
