Ok guys, I've tried all that I can to do this myself and cannot find an answer. I have my ps3 controller set up and working but as soon as I go to play a game, none of the buttons work. How do I config the controller to work in the games?

You will need to set the controls of the emulator to the buttons on your controller. If you double click on the game screen it will bring up a menu, and you can change the button configuration.

Hmmm, I don't know what else to do then. I use a Logitech controller, so I don't know the specifics for a PS3 one. I know there are other members who use them though, I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

I am having the same problem!  I am using MotionInJoy, and it is working, just not on here :/  having tested it elsewhere though.  but it is definitely calibrated.
