This is moreso just a scenario/ theory thing but to me, there should be a push notification or email Notification so you can know when something/ somebody posts. It could be optional, but it would be useful if you are using your iPhone /iPod and doing other activities. Anybody else feel the same way?

Do you mean like subscribing to a specific user? Personally, I wouldn't see a use in that. Do you really need to keep track of every time someone makes a post?

Nope. It just tells you how many posts they have made along with how far ahead or behind you are compares to them. This is mine-

No, he's talking about Vizzed sending you a text or an email every time something pops up in your Notifications. Personaly, I would find this highly obnoxious. I hate getting texts, my inbox is constantly full, and I get a lot of summons on Vizzed that I really don't want chasing me down everywhere.

If it's something like Lazlo said...

It would be something really annoying, If you have lots of favorite threads, It would drive you nuts... Just imagine it. An text/email every 5 minutes. 

If you could able/disable it... Then it would be acceptable.

I think I would prefer to be able to set up specifically which threads/notifications would send me an email, and limit the emails it sends me per day. So I could subscribe to a thread, and if it gets 6 posts in one day, it would only send me ONE email, saying they're are new posts in that thread.

I use Vizzed a lot on my iPhone though, and receiving an email to tell me someone posted in the thread is not as quick as logging onto Vizzed using the web browser. It takes me 2 seconds to check my notifications, anyway.
