I'll give the details I know. 
1. It is a fighting movie.
2. It is the 3rd in it's series.
3. The main fighter is a Russian.
4. There is an American fighter(Black)
5. The Russian has to fight everyone, then he fights the roid-raging Columbian in the end.
6. SPOILER!!!! ~ In the end the Russian uses his bad knee to do a spinning knee to the Columbians leg, and it breaks badly(Colombians leg)
SPOILER ENDED!!!!!
7. In the beginning there is a dude named "Psycho" and he breaks a guys neck.
8. Also the Russian has a broken knee in the start from one of the previous movies.
