By no means is this an original idea, but I think it could be something on this forum.

Ban the person above you.

Rules are:

1. When posting you must ban the person above you and give a reason

2. No double posting (banning yourself)*

3. You must still obey forum rules (no flaming, spamming, etc.)

4. Have fun

*Banning yourself may be acceptable in cases of epic failure. Note that by banning yourself, you are subject to being laughed at and severe taunting in light of your epic fail.

Sample:

I ban you for posting on May 10th, 2012

...Now get banning!
