Okay, I don't know how formal this request will sound, but if anyone is reading this please help.

I've been recently playing this game and every now and again I will come across a problem that I have no clue on how to fix, or why it occurs.

Sometimes when I start-up the game my controls will not work, save for my F4. I made sure to see if the controls worked normally by typing elsewhere. And it worked there. I then restarted the computer and tried again, hoping this would solve my problem; Unfortunately it didn't

No matter how many times I restart, the game is unresponsive, save for the F4. Oddly enough, it seems to be temporary as I've been able to get the game to respond otherwise, but that fact doesn't lessen the frustration of when it does strike.

Any help at all is greatly appreciated. I'm very open to some suggestions. Thanks in advance
