1,kadabra doesn't evolve based on level you must trade it to evolve it.
2, skitty doesn't evolve based on level you must give it a moon stone to evolve it.
3, you put a male and female pokemon in the daycare and if they like each other you get eggs.

4, try looking up a walk through on youtube.
