When it comes to meat, I like it cooked well done...not to the extent of burnt meat of course!

Uncooked meat (depending on what kind) can cause sickness, so I never order/eat rare or medium meats.

I do love the taste of big, tender, cooked steaks though!

I prefer having my steaks cooked medium rare. Normally they're juicy enough that way to eat without smothering it in BBQ sauce. Some cooks apparently are disappointed whenever people order it well done because they feel it spoils a perfectly good steak, lol.
