I tend to eat both when I have a campfire, but if I had to chose one or the other, I'd choose marshmallows. I can make smores with those and smores are awesome. The only problem with them is how sticky they are.

Definitely Marshmellows... Otherwise, how else would be able to make the epic camp snack and desert know as S'mores? But Hot Dogs are a close second... You can not have a camp fire meal with out hot dogs. but I still think marshmallows come first.
