Something in the Fire Pro series probably.

FPG had the BEST season mode ever, even if it was all in Japanese.

FPR is an ultimate classic and match maker mode was a pretty good thing.

Final Fire Pro Wrestling actually has an English Translation and it is fun to play their version of a GM Mode.

WWE '13 LOL....from what i hear, it's going to be an epic win for wrestling games LOL.....i play pretty much anything wrestling, when i was younger, i wanted to be a wrestler, [(but then i took an arrow to the knee) such a stupid saying, but i had to put it before someone else did]

I've played HCP before... I had the Hardcore Title, the U.S. Title, and the World Tag Title with... I forget. I think it was on HCP, it might have been the other one. 
Either way, I had just been in a  #1 Contenders match for the WW Championship. The opponents overall was, like, 20 something better than mine. I got my butt kicked. Then, I got attacked backstage, and lost the Hardcore Title to Chris Jericho. Then, I was demanded to defend my U.S. Title the next week in a Triple Threat with Big Show and somebody else. Big Show won. I had to defend the tag titles the same night, and I lost cause my partner got pinned, after I got hit with a steel chair in a Tornado First Falls Match. Needless to say, after loosing 4 straight, when winning every match but one before that, and loosing all 3 of my titles in 2 weeks, after I had my faction (JR comes up to you after about a month...) helping me, I rage quit. >.<

So my favorite would probably be HCP, because you can do more stuff. The newer ones suck.
