So, the version of RPG Maker XP I have is one with an English patch, but is there any way I can have the game recognize Japanese writing I put in for things like names and the such? I was gonna try to do a small project for Japanese class with it. xD

I don't know but maybe if you change your computers typing font to japanese. I have not tried that but you should be able to.
