We just launched a vip membership program which will enable you to gain special access to Get-Your-Rom. It's all IP based so there is no logging in. Here is how it works.

There are 4 different types of vip memberships:

Bronze: $5

- No Bandwidth Limit

Platinum: $50
------------------------------------------

- No Site Advertisements
- Rom Batch Downloads


Activation Instructions:

Activation is automated once you pay you will be redirected to get-your-rom and on the header located on the top left of your screen you will see your VIP status and ip in orange, yellow, and green should be very noticeable. That is all there is to it! If your VIP membership does not activate instantly please contact me.

What if my ip changes?

If your ip changes you can reactivate your account by logging in on the top right menu where it says "VIP Member Login". Your ID would be your email address or if you are on vizzed it would be your username. Your IP would be your old ip used for your account. If your id and old ip match you will be logged in and your ip will be updated.

RGR or VGR Staff Members:
------------------------------------------
If you are a staff member of the RGR or VGR and want VIP Access contact Davideo7 with your IP address and he will add you. If you happen to get demoted from either staff position you will probably lose your VIP membership on GYR as it is a privilege for being a staff of vizzed.

If you have any problems it is suggested you contact me on Vizzed for fastest reply.

*** Disclaimer, when you are buying a VIP membership you are not buying any sort of game or device you are simply paying for bandwidth usage.

Since I am a global moderator (who also has a job in the RGR/VGR as a reviewer) does this mean I get VIP for free too?

Another idea... we could accept Viz for memberships as well but lets see what David thinks of that.

Yeah other staff qualify as well. I'll probably post a thread about it and summon the staff to it.

As for Viz for VIP membership, we can do that. Maybe something like 50,000 Viz.

So, if all staff is qualified for it, I'd love to get VIP status as soon as possible.

It'd be wicked helpful for playing the games when my internet is down. I won't be able to do as many screenshots, but at least I'd get the basics down in the worst case scenario.

I've decided to eliminate the $2.50 fee to update your ip for your membership. Shortly I'm going to create a page where you will be able to do it yourself. You will need your old ip address and your email to update your vip membership if your ip ever changes. In the meantime you can contact me on here if you want it changed.

Wow that's cool, I don't have 20$ though, but if there still is an application spot for content adder, I am trusted and meet all req!

Davideo7 : Is this offer still available, a user was asking how to get VIP membership? Normally I'd see where I could upgrade from my Gold membership to Platinum but it's not on the site anymore.
