I do too love the games from here (I'm just lazy to play them sometimes xD), and great to hear you learned to hear you got the hang of the site by reading the forums! You should hang out on the forums sometimes, they can be fun, they can be interesting to read and cool to post!

I don't know if you know (lol), but you can always ask for the Moderators around for help, they have a line beneath the usernames and dots above the username, they are easy to spot! Depending on the situation you can contact Davideo7, the owner of the site, the only one with a yellow username on the site, BUT, only contact him if it's really important, or something that is above the Local Moderators, Global Moderators and even Admins but that is not something to likely happen.
Also, if anybody tries to humiliate you or something, you can always click on report on the post that person who is annoying you, they will soon suffer the consequences, but if you do that YOU will suffer the consequences, but I'm pretty sure you won't do that, you seem to be a very nice person.
And also, every body on the site is working hard to keep the site running, Davideo7 and the other people of the Staff work hard everyday to make sure everything is going very well! David, is a tough guy, many obstacles appeared on his path, tough ones, but he never gave up! If I had the patience, calm, ability, conditions and definitely NO LAZINESS, I would probably making some good stuff for Vizzed, but I'm not sure if I would know Vizzed...
