Well anyone trying to help you could use a bit more information. For example, did the game download to your computer or does it stop before that? Or does it fully load but you get a black screen?

If it loads up but you get  a black screen, the problem is simply that not every computer can handle the graphics and processing required for running a Nintendo 64 game. Some people may be able to run all of them, while another can't do any. Unfortunately, it may be that you can't play any Nintendo 64 ROM on this site without buying a new computer or graphics card.
