What honestly sucks about Aerodactyl, is that they don't let you revive him until all the way around the time of the 7th badge. I don't know about you all, but at that time my Pokemon are in the mid to upper 40's.

Getting a level 20 Aerodactyl isn't exactly a deal breaker for my team. While it is undoubtedly strong, at that point I'd waste a ton of time trying to train it. If they gave it to us when we were around the 4th badge or so, and our Pokemon were around the 30's, I'd understand. They just made it FAR too late game

ignavusd : Fun fact, In pokemon red the fossil pokemon where obtained at level 40. But they lowered Kabuto and Omanyte to level 5, and aerodactyl to 20. I don't know why, probably did that for dificulty purposes.
And yes, Aerodactyl is amazing.

Charizard is, if not that Luxray

Charizard is pretty awesome since it is a starter, it's a fire/flying even though if there was a 3rd type most know by now would be dragon since it is a dragon but still is a fire/flying. And the fact that i like dragon and fire types and i would say this one is above all

Luxray is a very powerful pokemon, in my pokemon team in pearl it was a beast in attack stats and had very powerful attacks. I would have put it in the type of Dark but it is just Electric

I like areodacyl is as well as you do. He is still one of my favorite pokemon despite on all of the other generations. I either raise him or i will raise archeop because they are the same type.

I do like aerodacyl, but it is a pain to raise in that game, and still have some weakness that can be really annoying. The thing that I really like about it is that it is really fast.
