If you want to play a good Pokémon game that includes hacks you should try Pokémon Rebirth which is a hack of Pokémon Emerald.The hack doesn't really have things like on the action replay but it is still really good.

Im gonna have to say no. But there still are rumors that you can risk your cartridge of a game, I forget which one in a certain area and possibly catch mew. It was one of the early games when mew wasn't in it. But it was a glitch, if you're interested in that glitch, try looking it up. But no sadly no cheat codes, just fair play.

I personally have never used / found any cheats in Pokemon games, but I feel that using cheats just detracts from the play-ability of games afterwards. It just gets dull when you get everything that you want after that initial enjoyment. It's really the journey that is interesting rather than the final result.

If you are talking about being able to add any Gameshark or Codebreaker or GameGenie codes, then the answer is no. As far as I know, that option isn't available to any of the RGR gamers.

As for hacks, there are plenty in this wonderful website. I personally recommend Pokemon Rebirth, and perhaps Pokemon Shiny Gold. Both are definitely worth your time.
