Every game that I play, there is speed always on. I've tried things such as changing the key for it but nothing works. i've never had this problem before and it annoys me.

Im not an expert on this subject, I hardly ever play in the RGR but... try this..

Uninstall the RGR plugin, go into the install directory, delete any remaining files and folders.  Download the latest RGR plugin, reinstall and see if the problem still pursists.

Yeah, after you've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Rgr Plugin and if the problem is still there, see if restarting your computer will fix it.
