About the reference, have you sent them the link below the amount of Viz you receive for referring? You will only receive 100 Viz if they click that link, you only receive the 400 Viz of registering, if when the register, they type your username on the referral spot. If this didn't happen, you can probably talk with a mod or David for a solution (Mods have a straight line beneath their usernames and dots above their usernames)
