*does doctor Farnsworth voice* Good news, everyone! Some really awesome dedicated Earthbound fans decided to fight the system (and by system, I mean Nintendo canceling Mother 3 from coming to USA) and they banded together, translating the entire game from Japanese to full fluent English. (There's a 99.9% chance there's absolutely NO ENGRISH in this game.)
I have downloaded it myself and it works perfectly. It works for PC, Mac, and PSP. Yes, you heard me right, it's FREAKING PORTABLE, and in FULLY TRANSLATED ENGLISH Some of you may react with "GIMME NOW!" so fine, I'll give you the website link for you to start the next Earthbound adventure (after only like 13 years of freaking waiting) ENJOY! FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY I'm now off to PWN all enemies as Lucas!
