Ah I think my least favorite would be Emolga. It's dual Electric/Flying type makes it pretty annoying to face in battle (especially if it knows Acrobatics holy balls) but it's far outclassed by many other Pokemon to be considered  a viable option on a team. I just think they exist to be nuisances agh -__-

Magikarp is my least favourite because it only knows splash attack that does NOTHING untill level 15 but its attack is still low.
and another reason is because its got to be level 20 untill it evolves.Same goes for feebas.

I absolutely, positively, HATE Hoppip. It's a floating ball of suckishness. Maybe it's just me, but the only thing harder to evolve is Magikarp. At least with Magikarp you get a freaking Gyarados for your troubles! In short:
Hoppip- BAD             Magikarp- GOOD

I would probably say Jigglypuff, geodude, zubat, and most gen 4 and 5 Pokemon are my least favorite. Jigglypuff are annoying and useless, geodude and zubat are annoyingly found every step you take in every cave, and I just am not found of most of the newer Pokemon

I'm surprised that no one has put zubat. I hate it because when ever you go to a cave a zubat appears and then they use confusion and you are in a Pokemon trainer battle it gets really annoying. But its evolution is good.

I would go with Hop pip and Magikarp because basically those two are really weak and useless until they use Tackle by Lv. 15. Also they start to become really greater when they evolve.
