Actually, yes. My computer has frozen in the middle of me typing 2000 words of a post. I ended up being able to retrieve 1500 or so from chrome's unique reopen tab feature, but I do believe that the freezing of my computer has to do with chrome itself

It would be extremely irritating if I had lost a extended post. If an addicted Vizzed user lost an extended post, that user would probably start a rampage. I recently had this event occur to me about one week ago. The post was larger than 1,500 words and 3,100 characters. I had been impressed with my work. I pressed two certain keys by accident and everything had disappeared. Another time this had occur was about six days ago. The thread was about Zuma Deluxe and I lost about 300 words and 2,000 characters. I was not as angry.

As for me i have had a few occasions where my Mozilla has crashed or my computer has. But i never really write long posts anyways. It's usually only my poetry that has more than 150+ words. And half the time i write them on word. So it's never really caused me that much bother

It's happened 4 to 6 times. However most of the times i've been able to go back or refresh to/the page and get my post back.

I think one of the times I got really angry is when I was making a giant 4000 word thread on word 1200 something it crashed and I got a shutdown error 0.o.

I ended up making the thread 500 words instead

This happens FAR TOO often on my laptop! That's because it automatically shuts off when it gets overheated. I hate it! Especially when I'm typing/previewing/or about to submit a post and it suddenly shuts off.....so frustrating!

I need to get a new "cooling master" because the one I have is not working, obviously.
