Well my name is Ryan and I just joined this site today. I was originally looking for a ps2 emulator but ran across this site in the process, after a few minutes of browsing I decided to join up and here I am writing my first post.

Hi I'm 18, and live in Canada  :o and before the comments happen let me just say the only rumour that s true about us is that we have to ride our polar bears 35km to the nearest Tim Hortons eh?  I have seen non-Canadians do it so that means its not just us. 

I currently have: ps vita, nds, ndsi, ps3, ps2,and wii.

In total I have owned: NES, SNES, sega genisis, ps1, ps2, ps3, xbox 360, game boy, game boy colour, game boy pocket, game boy advance, nds, ndsi, n3Ds, psp phat, psp slim, ps vita, wii and gamecube.

well that's all that I'm gonna write for my first post I think, maybe soon ill even be going for some jerseys

Ah, PS2 emulators are easy to find but a bit tough to configure though. I need one to make some Let's Plays of PS2 games but I think I will wait until I have a hauppauge HD pvr or something like that. Last time I tried to configure a PS2 emulator, well I was about to take an aspirin XP

It wasn't the difficultly of finding one that lead me to this site, it was just the Google search, I went to a yahoo answers page that was asking about it and someone referred them to this site, and well I guess they also got me referred. xD 

I don't think I have 1 set game, But my favourite game series is Final Fantasy to be sure, I grew up watching my brothers play the originals and I guess liking RPGs runs in our blood because I loved watching him play and as I got older I started sneaking into his room to play them when he wasn't home, and then I started getting my own.  
I've played most of the Final Fantasy along with almost all the Pokémon and Zelda games. They have to be my top 3 game series, Although the only reason I still play Pokémon is because it was the heart of my childhood.

What about you? what's your favorite game?

Good question. My favorite game is Fatal Frame 3. Well, in fact I love all the episodes of Fatal Frame (even if I only have the first three episodes on PS2, the fourth one is released on Wii... in Japanese only ^^). I love the ambient, the story dealing with the folklore, killing the ghosts with a camera is a good gameplay too, really I enjoy Fatal Frame. I have other games but the list would be so long

I've never played it but it does sound a bit intriguing, as for the list of games, it goes the same for me, too many to list.

As far as the PS2 emulator goes, good luck with that. I know that the ones that are out there aren't really all that stable, and they require a pretty robust PC to run them properly. Actually the only PS2 emulator that I know of stable enough to run anything at all is PCSX2 and it's not that stable

About Fatal Frame, it's a good survival-horror, try it when you can. You will not regret that (especially Fatal Frame 3)

You will have a great time here, playing games, watching cartoons and chatting.
You can even post on the VIZZED BOARD here, where you can do many things.
In the RETRO GAME ROOM you can play games and review them. You will have to download the free plugin to run some games.
Don't worry, it's virus free! you can also look at cheats and codes for the game you are playing.

Anyway, Davideo7 is putting a bunch of work into the site with the help of others.
If you have a good idea that hasn't been implemented or told before, drop a word to him.
If you can't find a good game, look at the hacks and homebrews!
Also, If something is smelling bad around here (a bug) Just report it in the bug thread.
(Remember to take the newbie quiz.)
If you want to be trusted, don't bug people or cheat.
You have to sit and make a bunch of quality posts.
It might sound boring, but it's pretty fun, lazing about writing a bunch of stuff.
(Remember to stay on topic... I had a hard time doing that!)
If Vizzed is getting boring, visit the chat room, tell your friends about it!
More people the better the website.

If you can't find good games, just look in the different genres and look at the hacks.
If thats STILL boring, I just say... Try The toon room.

This board is the best. It's not full of flames and spam. It's family friendly.
If I said a rude word, I wont just get banned if I had a reason. I get a warning, which will soon lead to a ban.
If I still spam and be rude, then It could lead to a perma - ban.
This is another reason multiple accounts aren't allowed.
Also, Tour de vizzed is on every now and then.
Try to aim for a rainbow jersey for getting the jerseys.
Don't just try to aim for your favourite color, though...
Try aiming for every single jersey!
You might even get a color you don't want.
Rainbow jerseys mean more people will go "Ooh! Tons of posts!" And might give you a trust point.
So, pretty much, If you still can't find a fun game... try waiting. tRIUNE and Davideo7 are still putting
TONS of games into Vizzed!
