Here is what the video shows:

Here is what I know of it:

TLOZ ( The Legend of Zelda) using 5200 SNES points to get 4th triforce piece that transform him into a 4-headed red bowser-like-noise dragon.

Pitfall Harry gets a new hat with 400 atari points.

Super Mario Kart picking a weapon with SNES points.

Megaman doesn't care about losing 5 Nes points with every pellet shot.

Street Fighter (Arcade) a knife for 200 arcade points.

Marble Madness changing skin to a cube. Can't move!

Sonic The Hedgehog spending 650 genesis points to have the 2nd player as sonic (Sonic Generations reference, anyone?).
Do You really want DLC in retro games!? Maybe...

Oh yeah, I remember seeing this video once, forgot how I found it though.

Personally, retro video games and Downloadble Content don't seem like a good mix. However, it technically did happen before. Sonic and Knuckles was basically a DLC pack for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and 2 (kinda 1 as well, but you only get the blue orb stages here).

I asked for it. This is what I wanted.

MegaRevolution1 : I'm surprised that sonic 1 & Knuckled gives you the unofficial blue spheres game from sega saying, "NO WAY! NO WAY! NO WAY! NO WAY! NO WAY?" to get past that, sonic mega collection says to press A, B, and X all together to get to the gameplay.

I loved the video, the weirdest part (to me) is megaman losing 5 NES points every time he shot a pellet.

Here is what I imagine if other retro games had DLC:

Super Mario Bros having hyperspeed in every part of game!
Super Mario Bros 3 Giving any weapon for 500 NES points each, awesome!
Super Mario World sending you right to bowser when you start a new file.

There is too much to put here!!!

An updated version of super mario bros 3 would be epic. I mean, thinking about something similar to New Super Mario Bros, but with the Mario Bros 3 version would be absolutely amazing. I can't wait if it exists.

DLC would be sweet for games like Final Fantasy or Dragon Warrior where you could have extra quests and stuff like that to continue the game, but honestly I feel that a lot of games nowadays release un-complete versions and make people purchase expensive DLC to "Complete" the game, so in that respect it kinda sucks.

Either way it was a pretty funny video.

Jordanv78 : Thanks, I love the video. DLC in games today especially increase the replay value, but "incomplete" games can just kiss themselfs goodbye.

pacman1755 : There would have to be a DS hack created, not with game maker, someone could work on doing the hack, it could happen. I don't know if that is gonna happen, though. A hack would be needed.

There are more dorkly bit videos, check out dorkly's channel on YouTube, the videos are somewhat funny. Here is what I would watch:

Sonic bubble trouble dorkly bits

Now that will be funny, watch the video by searching:

Sonic bubble trouble dorkly

Watch the video from dorkly's channel and you will near the end.

Stevie 764 : My point is that a lot of DLC released nowadays should have just been included in the game when it was first released. Fighting games and FPS games are prime examples of this. I hate it when they hold things out of games then release it as DLC just to make an extra buck.

Jordanv78 : Now, I understand, why don't they just put the DLC stuff as part of the game!? We lose money just so the companies can earn millions of dollars from everyone here in the USA! Why can't they just have the DLC for FREE? You buy a game which is a FPS or Fighting game for maybe $40 or $50, you play the game, and suddently, you can't complete the game, unless you get the stupid DLC which throws in extra dollars on your purchase which is absolute CRAZYNESS!

I'm surprised that DLC changed since it was first born, all it does is just throw in maybe 10-20 extra bucks just so you can play through the game! That is very stupid to money and it is absolutely crazy, I can not stress this enough!

Here is a message from me to DLC in unbeatable games without the DLC:

ARE YOU CRAZY!?!?!?

That's all I need to say about DLC nowadays, 3 words cover it up.
