Here's another one I just added:
Super Mario RPG Revolution

It's not a graphic or level hack like the other one but mostly an enhancement mod that adds some new stuff. I don't know of any other hacks, but if you do then I can add them.

edit - here's another one, this one is a complete hack. There's some bugs in that I've included in the Tips area of the game page
