Think of all your favorite heroes/villains. All compiled into one super mega ultra awesome character.  

   Things like : looks , powers , moves , abilities , etc.  all in one person.

Mine: Super Saiyan hair,  Cloud Strife's buster sword, Ezio Auditores hidden blades, vegetas voice, and Elven Armor from Oblivion

Name: Aizo Neon

In other words : put all the moves and powers and all the favorite details into one character, CREATE YOUR OWN anime hero is what im getting at here.
