Hello and great site you all have here

I recently installed the RGR plugin to bask in old childhood memories and while I can get the NES games to work, so far anyways, N64 and Sega Genesis do not and it's odd.

I searched for this issue using Google and I found a post here regarding the issues but for the life of me, I can't seem to find it again.

The RGR loads the game but all I hear are sounds behind a black screen. This happens on every game I try to play (except for NES of course). I tried hitting ALT + ENTER to maximize the screen but that didn't help any. I uninstalled and reinstalled, with browser closed, and still no go. Is this something I can fix on my end. Also, there was a post here showing various options (such as video etc.) in the menu section but when I double-click to open the menu, all I can change is the controller options. Am I missing something here?

Here's some info on my system: Windows XP SP3, up-to-date drivers, vid card etc. Browsers using: FireFox but I did try it in IE. Which leads me to my next issue, when trying to access a couple of games to test (I think one was Duke Nukem 3D), my browser was flooded with error messages with something trying to write data to my memory and my AV instantly shut the page down. Just FYI and thought you should know.

Thanks for the help in advance.

The cause of this is due to an overlooked issue in the recent update of the Plugin for some people. To fix this you'll have to change your color depth to 16 bit.

The procedure for setting your Windows color depth varies depending on which version of Windows you use.
